Missed Appointment and Cancellations
- We understand that this can come up. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Please be sure to arrive on time. Technicians will only wait up to 10 minutes or your appointment will be canceled.
- Certain appointments require a cash deposit to schedule. Deposit is non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you do not show up to your appointment, or if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Refunds
- If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the services, we do not offer refunds.

- We Do Parties:
Please make reservations for spa parties. Such as: birthday parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, reunion parties, or just girls day at the spa. You name it and our zen spa team will make it a day to remember.
- We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for health or safety reasons.
- For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, children must be supervised at all times.
- We are not responsible for any lost/ stolen/ damaged property or accidents.
- ALL sales final (No return or refund).
- We request that all clients disclose any/all medical conditions and/or medical prescriptions taken or allergies that can affect services rendered.
- No pets allowed on the premises unless it is a registered service animal.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express ($15.00 minimum charge and ID required).
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Hours subject to change without noticed.
- For best relaxation. Please arrive one hour before closing.
- A valid Credit Card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.
